Release date brought forward. Now Saturday July 13th 2016

There have been so many requests and questions on why my book, Suddenly Death, cannot be purchased nor fully downloaded. The release date was July 31st. This is now changed. Complying with popular demand, I have changed the release date. I have brought it forward to Saturday July 16th 2016. That's midnight (Friday to Saturday).

As said before: I aim to please! (Yep, smiling as always)
